Instructions to order via U.S. Express Mail: Order normally on our website; however, click on "Other (Add Shipping Separately)" and hit "recalculate" when you arrive at the shopping cart (this will remove our normal shipping charge so we can estimate and add later). Our shipping rate for U.S. Express Mail is $16.49 for orders up to 8 oz. For orders 9oz to 16oz is $19.95; orders 17oz to 2 pounds is $21.95. Express shipments over 2 pounds are $21.95 plus $3 per fraction of a pound ($3 for each additional pound or fraction of a pound). Also, we require that you follow up with a separate email accepting the agreed shipping amount right before or after your order.

Special Order: Would you like to order a Timex watch that is not available on our website? We can special order one for you if it is available. Simply email us the 5-digit watch number, we'll check into price and availability and email you a quote. Allow approx. 10 to 14 days from receipt of payment information for your watch to arrive. All "special order" sales are final and include a one-year Timex warranty.

Warranty Information: Your watch purchase includes a limited Timex Corporation warranty against manufacturing defects for a period of one year from the original purchase date. If additional warranty coverage is desired, see front of your instruction booklet or call 1-800-448-4639 for terms of the Timex Corporation extended warranty.

To obtain warranty service, return your watch and a $7.00 check or money order to cover cost of postage, handling, and service. Enclose a completed Timex International Warranty Repair Coupon or written statement identifying the nature of the problem, your name, address, telephone number, and date and place of purchase (enclose proof-of-purchase including date of purchase). Do not send your watch in the display box, we recommend using a padded envelope. Then, ship the watch to HOTLINE WATCH SERVICE, P.O. Box 2740, Little Rock, AR 72203. We recommend shipping via a traceable method and don't forget  to insure the watch for it's value.

Return Policy: We at Watches-onsale.com have a customer friendly return policy. New watches (and store defective watches) that have not been worn and still in the box can be returned for up to 30 days from date of purchase. We will not accept returns on watches that  show any sign of wear. If you decide to return the watch, do not forget to return the warranty, instruction manuals and gift box with cardboard insert it was shipped in. Also, it's a good idea to return a copy of the email receipt for proper credit  minus any shipping charges or costs. Simply send us an email informing us of the upcoming return and write a brief explanation describing the reason for return. Then, ship the watch to us via traceable shipping method--don't forget  to insure the watch for the amount of credit you are expecting.
